Inclusion Coordinator, Debra Kraar

Debra Kraar is In the City Camp's Inclusion Coordinator.

Debra works collaboratively with parents and staff to ensure ALL campers have a summer filled with fun, friendship, and personal growth.

Debra understands the magic of In the City Camp. Her daughter attended camp last summer for the first time and hasn't stopped talking about it all year long!

As a life-long camper and staff member at URJ's Henry S. Jacobs Camp in Mississippi, she also understands the power of Jewish summer camp in general. All kids deserve to experience the magic of summer camp, the freedom it provides, and the friendships it builds.

Debra is a middle school teacher at The Davis Academy and teaches Sunday school at The Temple. She loves making Jewish learning fun!

A proud Bulldog, she received her BS in Education from the University of Georgia and her Master’s of Education from Mercer University. Debra lives in Brookhaven with her husband, two children, and her dog Lilly.
